Time for the real fun to begin!

The first day on site Brenton will meet with you and go through a revision of the project details and introduce you to our construction crew.  We will discuss any special considerations such as access requirements, care to be taken with pets and advise neighbours of the construction taking place.  A copy of the construction documents will always be kept with the crew.

Brenton will project manage the entire job from start to finish (you may even see him on the tools too!).  This will include taking you on regular walkthroughs at critical points of the job.

The advantage of using a family owned company is that Brenton is always available via phone or email so decisions can be made quickly, and solutions implemented promptly.

We have a trusted group of complimentary trades such as electrician, plumber, engineer, geotechnician and others that share our values. We integrate them seamlessly into our process, so you don’t need to worry about sourcing or organising other tradespeople yourself.
